Luxe Brand Deals Score of the Month - June

We are continuing our series of blog posts where we highlight one of our favorite purchases of the month - at a significant discount, of course! We appreciate the feedback we have been receiving and are glad you’re enjoying the content.

This month we are highlighting one of our favorite finds from the extensive mid-year sales that we highlighted here. Again, if you’re not following our coverage of these sales, you’re likely spending WAY too much money on your favorite luxe brand apparel, handbags and footwear.

Buying Direct from the Brands

Sometimes buying direct from the brand is the best way to get great luxe deals. And if you find something you really love, it could be the ONLY way to get a deal. In order to avoid competing directly with their retailer partners, brands often offer apparel, handbags and shoes in different styles, colors and, in the case of shoes, heel heights. This allows the brands to sell direct at full margin while keeping their valued retailer partners happy.

Mid-Year Sales for the Win!

This month we are doubling, check that, tripling up on the deals and taking advantage of a rare 60% off sale from Manolo Blahnik. The Manolo Blahnik site is an excellent place to find some of the more fun and unique designs that the company offers. The sale provides a chance to add some flare to your shoe wardrobe without paying full price for items that will generally not get the same level of usage. We found a pair of sneakers and two pairs of heels and some major savings!

These mid-year sales are one of the best ways to stretch your luxe deal dollars. These three items alone saved our team over $1,500 which is enough for a Gucci Marmont Mini Shoulder Bag (not that we are suggesting you pay full price for that) but it does put things in perspective.
